A Round of Words in 80 Days

You know, I have enough on my plate right now. I already signed up for May Bootcamp at Savvy and agreed that a June Revision Hell would be a great idea. I have edits to finish before any of that, a have a week away at my parents later this month and a week on holiday next month.

I do not need another writing challenge. Keeping on top of my current commitments is challenge enough.

But I do love a challenge (especially one with a punny title). And I am very bad at stepping away from one. If I lived in a different time and place, I’d be fighting duels every morning at dawn.

As it is, I’m just signing up for the A Round of Words in 80 Days challenge. I blame Cid.

Okay, so here is my challenge to myself. In the next 80 days I will:

  • Finish my edits on Sea Fever and submit to agents
  • Plot, develop characters for, and write a first draft of Tea & Devilry

That’s it. But trust me, it’s plenty to be going on with.

Check back in on Wednesdays and Sundays to see how I’m getting on!
